Hopefully, you can understand the Power of 10 website is arguably the most useful tool for formulating a preview, when I have minimal personal contact. I, of course, wish every athlete the best of luck tomorrow and even hope to be surprised or proved wrong. If you or anyone feels I've overstepped the mark or made mistakes, I would happily discuss the subject if they or you wish to get in contact personally. |

Samson Oni, The One and Only: Another Year, Another Me! BLOG 2 weeks ago by Samson Oni @notajumper. That rumour would be true if jumpers weren't taking part in an indoor season. The fact is that if you have an indoor season coming up then you have to do specific high-jump training for at least a couple months prior to the start of your season. You will find groups doing 1-3 jump sessions per week in that period. High jump is probably the most technical event along with pole vault, and you will only get so far without good technique. |
