This is my first ever blog so forgive me if it isn't very good. Tomorrow is the big day,  NCAA cross champs. Its my first time at the big stage but looking forward to it, should be a great race. It has been a great weekend so far, went to championship banquet last night with my fellow team mate Ross Clarke and coaches. Had to go on the main stage in front of everyone as I was named great lakes athlete of the year, it was pretty scary. Today we went to the course for a run and some strides.
