Well here we are the day after yesterdays final, and i've had time to reflect on the race and the champs as a whole. After initially being severely annoyed and upset, i realised that i ran the race i wanted to run and for 350m it was spot on, just i just lacked that little something extra that i needed towards the end. Sorry for the lack of updates recently, no excuses, just laziness really. But since last time, I did receive that all important phone call for selection, and im currently writing from sunny czech republic itself.  The trials went really well after getting the conditions that everyone was craving and to run another pb to just inch the 3rd selection spot was very satisfying.
