Boasting personal bests of 10.55, 21.17 and 47.10 for the 100m through to the 400m, and possessing medals and titles from a range of British National Championships, along with a European Championship Bronze medal, some may question why at just 26 years of age Dan Cossins decided to hang up his spikes. Athleticos caught up with Dan to discuss the how he came to this decision, and his new focus on developing a careers as an athletics coach.
