2010 got off to great start for Scott Overall. He qualified for World Indoor Championships over 3000m cracked the 4 minute barrier for the mile. However he picked up the first major injury of his career while at the Worlds in Doha, and has endured a frustrating time since as injury prevented him from challenging for a place at both the European and Commonwealth Championships. Scott took the time out to speak to athleticos and share his thoughts on 2010 and how he is now focusing on preparing for racing on the roads and cross country.
