Lewis Moses, Ryan McLeod and Jonny Thewlis are three members of the training group coached by former British Olympian John Nuttall based in Loughborough.

Athleticos caught up with the lads as completed their preparations to revise their personal bests at the up and coming British Milers Club races at Stetford, Manchester.

Session

3x1000, 5x400, 5x200 and 3x1000 off 90, 75, 60 seconds recovery, and 4 minutes in between sets.

For Jonny & Ryan: 5k pace for the 1000's, 3k pace for the 400's and 1500 pace for the 200's.

For Lewis: 5k pace for the 800's, 1500 pace for the 400's and 800 pace for the 200's.

my highlight was the kegging, and since when is it the paula radcliffe track!! why not the sir george gandy track! or will that be the whole campus!
