The third and final installment of our insight into the London Marathon/UKA Training camp out in Kenya see's the British athletes again on the track for one of their final sessions before they all travel back to the uk. The athlete session variation ranges between 6x5minutes, 5x3laps and 6x3minutes. All reps start at the same time based upon those doing 6x5minutes having 2minutes recovery.
