From the Vault! We go back to last spring when Ryan took a trip out to Flagstaff to hang with the OTC Crew. The group works together for a little early season tempo run at altitude.
A few notes, after this workout:
- Sally Kipyego PRed in the 1500, 5k and 10k. She went on to win the silver medal in the 10k at the World Championships.
- Nick Symmonds ran the second fastest 800 of his career (1:43.83) and placed 5th at the World Championships.
- Chris Thompson set a PR in the 10k.
- Bridget Franek made the World Championship team in the steeple.
- Ben Bruce broke 8:20 in the steeple for the first time and made the World Championships team. (He currently is no longer with OTC)
- Tyler Mulder PRed in the 800 by 1.5 seconds (1:44.83), it was the first time he had ran under 1:46. And just a heads up, today is Tyler Mulder's Bday..
