Before you make your prediction you need to ensure that you a registered user of the athleticos site, if not your prediction will be invalid. Then you need to make your predictions by commenting below this message as to who you feel will be the first British athlete to cross the finish line in the following races and what their winning time will be:
> Elite Women
> Mass Start which includes the Elite Men
There are two opportunities to win as we are giving away 2 x ÃÂÃÂÃÂã80 vouchers to be used towards a pair of shoes of your choice from the Start Fitness Website (http://www.startfitness.co.uk).
All entrants must enter 2 predictions, one male and one female. All predictions must clearly state the athletes name and finishing time which must include hours, minutes and seconds, for example Liz Yelling 2:29.33.
The winner is simply the person who correctly picks the first British athlete to cross the finishing line in each race, and is closest to official results. Each contest can only win a maximum of 1 voucher so we will have a winner for both the Elite Women and Elite Men's race predictions.
In the situation where two contests correctly pick the same athlete to cross the finish line first, if person A predicts a times of 2.12.02, whilst person B person predicts a winning times of 2.11.51, if the actual finishing time is 2.11.59, Person B would win as the difference between the two winning times is 3 seconds, compared to Person A whose difference is 8 seconds.
If two contests have exactly the same predictions, then the winner will be the person who made the prediction first. If a winner still can't be determined then all contests eligible for the prize will be placed in a hat and athleticos will draw the winner.
Entries close at 08.00 Sunday 22nd April 2012
